Help Feed 700 Families this Thanksgiving!

Every year, Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) collects donations to support Sacramento State students and families in need during the holiday season. In 2025, 51% of Americans are expected to spend between $100 and $200 on Thanksgiving dinner. As our students and their families experience greater financial constraints this year, our students need support now more than ever! 

In lieu of collecting food items, the ASI Food Pantry is asking for monetary donations of any size. This way, we will have greater buying power and lower the cost to $30 per Thanksgiving food basket to feed an entire family.

Please click on 'Give Now' or any tiered level to give a donation amount of your choice. Your donations will be prioritized to add a turkey, ham, and sides to each family’s Thanksgiving dinner. 

If you would like to help purchase Thanksgiving foods locally in Sacramento that will not be donated or purchased by grocery chains and Sacramento Food Bank, ASI will be providing instructions on how to help on the ASI Food Pantry website homepage.

Funds receive exceeding the listed goal amount will be used to sustain and advance the ASI Food Pantry's general operations. Thank you for your support of the ASI Food Pantry!

Please mail to: University Foundation at Sacramento State, PO Box 845004 Los Angeles, CA 90084-5004. Please make your check out to ASI Food Pantry and write "Thanksgiving 2025" in the memo line.

Cash Donations:

Can be delivered to the ASI Student Shop, located in the University Union, 3rd Floor, Room 3231.
