Empowering students through critical research mentorship

The Student Research Mentorship Program is running for its fifth consecutive year and knows your support will help students succeed!

The Student Research Mentorship Program enables CRISJ faculty mentors to provide comprehensive research training, mentorship, and needed support for Sacramento State students. Through this program, students gain skills in critical research subjects and pursue higher education (beyond bachelor's level,) opening doors for students who would have otherwise not have considered it a possibility. This comprehensive process includes providing support through the application process, while acquiring skills in tandem for student success.

Your support plays a crucial role in the success of this program, as student participation in critical research is a key stepping-stone toward increasing access and representation in higher educationYour gift strengthens the fund that provides flexible support of CRISJ's mission to build bridges of empowerment via research and mentorship by funding the Student Research Mentorship Program as well as additional CRISJ programming.

Each of us has had a mentor or individual who made a meaningful impact in our lives. That’s why CRISJ created the student-faculty research mentorship program—to foster those same transformative connections. Now, we need your support to ensure this program continues.

Please support the CRISJ Student Research Mentorship Program and additional CRISJ programming today!
