Description
Fast moving technologies are reshaping organizations, professions and the workplace. The College of Business (COB) Organizational Wisdom Studio, led by Professor Hakan Ozcelik, brings scholars, students, practitioners and artists together to explore how emerging technologies may influence the future of work and management.
Through live events and video episodes, students engage with timely questions about topics such as AI and organizational life. At a recent live event, students described the experience as “unique” and “eye-opening,” sharing that it helped them “see AI in a new way.” The discussion encouraged students to consider how organizations, professions and employees may be affected by emerging AI trends over the next decade.
The next live event will continue this conversation by creating space for students to encounter new perspectives, ask questions and imagine possible career paths through wiser approaches to leadership and management. The Studio’s programming also includes the annual COB Film Festival, which features students’ experimental film projects, as well as video episodes shared through the Wisdom Studio YouTube Channel with audiences around the world.
Your support helps make live events possible. By joining 15 donors in contributing to the COB Organizational Wisdom Studio, you help sustain opportunities for students to connect classroom learning with timely real-world challenges and consider how they can contribute to organizations and communities in the future.
